Good location in a beautiful area very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and park. Impeccably clean room with a nice view, library plus a fireplace as expected...

The place was neat and we loved residence. Besides, the location was marvellous and fantastic for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of The Barnes Foundation Art Institute.

Great location; surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining choices. Modern, appealing decor. Helpful, friendly staff.
Studio bathroom a bit small and lacking bottle of body lotion.

Spacious room with kitchen, library for a very nice stay in town at the same time. Great and incredible location - walking distance from La Colombe. Walking distance to boutiques and a convenience store across the street.

The location was great, and the staff was very helpful.
Our room was not ready until almost 4:30. The hotel was adding a restaurant. The noise in that area and in the lobby was terrible. Also, due to construction, we had a false alarm fire early in the morning. We were on the 12th floor and had to descend using only the stairs. Due to these facts, we were compensated a free night. Since these set-backs are only temporary, I would still recommend the hotel.

I loved having my own kitchen, especially so close to an excellent deli (DiBruno's) where you could select full takeaway meals. I liked the quiet room and the tv selection. I loved the generous space, and the kitchen equipment. The staff were really nice and helpful. The cost of the power-cut night was quite fairly refunded. The location is great; you can walk on the streets at all hours because there are always people around.
The place is new and having teething troubles. There was a power cut while I was there caused by work on the new cafe, and I had to walk up to the tenth floor (somebody carried my bags up). They had given me a flashlight and water bottles, but the emergency instructions should have told me which windows I could open for some air. I missed having a frying pan to cook my eggs in. I thought the policies on supply of toilet paper and dishwashing liquid were stingy.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
